Woodside sources and acquires small-balance commercial real estate and non-performing loans in forced liquidation events. The Funds target 40% to 80% occupied office, industrial, and retail assets.

The firm deploys a vertically integrated approach that encourages collaboration among the in-house accounting, acquisition, and asset management teams. This approach allows for the firm to employ creative and unique approaches to assets throughout the process from sourcing through disposition.
